HOW TO APPLY FOR FUNDING FOR MOBILITY OPPORTUNITIES

Only HEIs awarded with an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) can apply for Learning Mobility of Individuals. Interested students and staff must contact their university in order to be advised on the procedure and the participation conditions.

Higher Education Institutions can be funded:

  • as individual HEIs
  • through a Mobility Consortium where the HEIs can participate as partners or coordinators.

The applications for KA1 in the field of Higher Education are as follows:

  • ΚΑ131 application – Student and staff mobility
  • ΚΑ171 application – International mobility including third countries not associated to Erasmus+.

For information on the procedure for the submission of applications for mobility opportunities, read the relevant Erasmus+ Programme Guide and the Follow-up Announcement of the National Agency/IKY.

Mobility Consortia in Key Action 1 – Higher Education are responsible for organising mobility on the part of the HEIs for students and staff in higher education institutes, members of the Consortium.
Mobility Consortia comprise a minimum of three organisations two out of which must be Higher Education Institutions, holders of an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education.
In order to be awarded a Mobility Consortium Certificate and receive funding for student and staff mobility, interested bodies must apply to the National Agency.
