Erasmus+ in the field of Higher Education

Erasmus+ in higher education offers students as well as teaching and administrative staff the opportunity to carry out professional development and training activities in partner universities abroad. Students can either study abroad and/or carry out a traineeship in an enterprise, a research institute, a laboratory, an organisation or any other relevant workplace abroad, while teaching and administrative staff can take part in professional development activities.

Mobility in higher education provides a significant incentive to all participants for expanding their horizons and enhancing their skills. Erasmus+ fosters employability, social inclusion, civic engagement, innovation and environmental sustainability in Europe and beyond.
