ANNOUNCEMENT
The State Scholarships Foundation (I.K.Y.) and the British Council Greece, with the support of the British Embassy in Athens, announce the awarding of 24 scholarships for the new academic year 2024-2025, within the framework of the short-term scholarship programme (four weeks), with the United Kingdom as the destination and beneficiaries being postgraduate students and PhD candidates from Greek universities.
The purpose of the programme is to encourage mobility to British universities, enhance the scientific and educational competence of the beneficiaries, expand their research activities, and create cooperation opportunities in the post-Brexit era for the benefit of both the beneficiaries and their academic institutions.
The application submission period starts on Thursday, December 5, 2024, and ends on Friday, January 24, 2025, at 23:00 Greece time.
It is underlined that the mobility should be continuous and uninterrupted, with the four-week period completed by May 31, 2025.
