A successful, highly attended TCA Officers annual meeting held in Thessaloniki
A highly successful and highly attended annual meeting of TCA Officers from all European Erasmus+ National Agencies (Spring TCA Officers’ Week 2024) was held in the city of Thessaloniki from 22 to 25 April 2024.
IKY, the Erasmus+ National Agency in the fields of education and training, hosted and coordinated for the first time this significant European event in Greece in cooperation with SALTO Education and Training TCA Resource Centre and the Erasmus+ National Agency of Hungary. The event was attended by 80 representatives, namely TCA Officers, representatives from all SALTO Education and Training thematic areas and European Commission representatives, across 30 Erasmus+ National Agencies.
The main objective of the TCA Officers annual meeting was to further strengthen the network and the cooperation among TCA Officers. Themed around the motto of H.E. Luccock “No one can whistle a symphony. It takes a whole orchestra to play it”, the meeting was the perfect opportunity to communicate ideas, interact with colleagues, form groups and partnerships and present the transnational activities for further training and training already approved for 2025.
IKY was represented in the meeting by the TCA Officers of the Erasmus+ National Agency of Greece, as well as by the Deputy Head of the Unit of European Union Programmes of IKY, Ms. Vana Sotiropoulou, who delivered the opening remarks and a keynote speech at the ceremony.
